e arrived in Guwahati at around 12 AM, the driver arrived on time, but he took us to a different hotel. I questioned the route multiple times as it did not seem correct. Traveling late at night in an unfamiliar city with my wife felt unsafe and stressful, especially since the roads were empty and it was around 2 AM. Eventually, he realized that the hotel was wrong, and only after that were we taken to the correct hotel. The next day, we were supposed to visit Maa Kamakhya Temple, but we discovered that no booking had been made for us, even though the package was booked on the 19th for travel starting on December 27 (an 8-day itinerary). This was very disappointing, especially considering the amount we paid. Apart from these issues, the hotels were very nice, the driver was polite and supportive, and the destinations themselves were beautiful. Another disappointing aspect was the lack of follow-up. After I paid the full amount, and even after completing the trip, I never received a single call asking about our experience, feedback, or whether anything could be improved. Overall, while some aspects were good, I did not expect these kinds of issues at this price point.

As requested, they arranged good Wi-Fi rooms on weekdays for work and budget-friendly rooms on weekends, which was executed perfectly. Although the rooms were good and initially the staff entertained us while checking-in, later while checking out the staff didn't bother to wake up in the morning for breakfast or for the settlement. No response at all. The driver was good but he didn't guide us properly about the itinerary locations, the travel time taken. We had to constantly ask about the locations travel time and basic information. A driver should be proactively involved with the passengers in telling about the local people, their culture, their traditions if he is there for more a day with us. Excellent hotel views and food but location is in between the two. Be ready for hactic travel next day if you are going to Krang suri and Dawki) Hotel Rituraj - Excellent hotel near to Brahmaputra cruise and Kamakhya Temple. Brahmaputra people go for upper deck but middle deck is also very nice. You get good photos and cruise music band and DJ party will not be there in upper cruise for sunset cruise. Must Visit places - Elephant Safari, Krang suri water fall (Don't forget to take a bath in Water fall. Be ready for cold water), Dawki River boating (Good clean water), Nohkalikai water fall, Seven sister water fall only in monsoon (There is no water right now).
